'Timeshare Spammer' Set to Plead Guilty
I think that it is safe to say that there is not a one of us who is not totally sick of receiving unsolicited spam in our inboxes.
Being in the timeshare business, which is finally shedding it's long ago reputation of being a sleazy product (generated mostly by the type of salesman resorts used to hire), I must say that it is kinda nice to know that the person known as the timeshare spammer is not getting away with it.
Peter Moshou, 37, of Auburndale, FL, a man known as "The Timeshare Spammer" said Thursday he will plead guilty to one count of violating anti-spam laws, marking one of the first prosecutions using the federal statute.
