RCI Points - About financing
Many people ask if there is financing for our RCI Points listings.
The answer is that there is financing on some of the listings and not on others.
The reason is that some of our listings are with private individuals who do not take credit cards so there is no financing available.
On many of our listings your are actually buying at a wholesale price that we have negotiated with the applicable resorts, and in essence you are buying directly from the resort, so in those cases you can use a credit card to finance the entire purchase price plus closing costs.
